Hi. Have got someone who is interested in signing up for BBYW but they have asked how long it takes to be up and running? They have a BT phone line already and no current broadband provider (so no tags on line).

Hiya
It's normally 5 working days (the amount of time it takes BT to process an activation order.
Bear in mind, it will take 5 days long if they're only paying with DD.

So if initial payment is by CC then it should be 5 days. Then they can then set up to pay future monthly payments by DD ?

Your best bet is to signup using CC & DD.
That way it saves the hassle of having to add the DD at a later date. We'd take the initial fee on the CC and then all future payments on the DD.
