Cycle your routers wifi passwords and maybe run the bandwith monitor tool to see if you can trace what's uploading may be nothing or it might be some one has figured out the wifi key (hopefully your using wpa and reduces that risk)
I'd try a torrent but throttle the upload (assuming you're using a client that allows this), as Chris suggested earlier. Let us know if giving a bit of breathing space in the upload makes a difference?
NEWSFLASH Connection running at full whack again. I disabled iCloud which was potentially an issue which i didn't know was running, it was streaming photos to my Apple TV. Could be the reason for the huge upload. Although still not using all available seeders. Things are getting better though. Did you guys do anything?
Nope, but I bet you start getting more connections to seeds now. Upload is critical to torrents, where there's so many different connections (each one needing transmissions to be ACK'd, which is done via your upload).
