After engineering visit

So today engineer come and activated a broadband. After he finished router turned up blue and after few seconds turned orange.
He said after about one hour it will turn up blue. It's still orange after more than an hour. So it means i don't have internet access again.
What should I do?

If this is a new install or transfer from another ISP it can take up to midnight for all the systems to complete.

Keep an eye out for the text/email saying the the service is now ready.

I've received message where says - your home phone service is ready to use.

You should get a similar one when the broadband is ready.

If after receiving the 'ready for use message' the light doesn't turn blue then factory reset the Hub by pushing a paperclip or similar in the Reset hole. Keep the switch closed for about 30 seconds.

Looks like a connection was established at around 20:30 on Friday evening Smiley

I'm seeing a few dropouts over the weekend though and am wondering whether you're resetting your router at all? Let us know if you're having issues and we'll be happy to investigate.
