Adsl downfor last 24+ hours

No internet since 13th dec . Filled in troubleshooting guide on plusnet website, but still no response of any sort. Poor customer service.

Yes I have. As i mentioned in the original post I've gone thru the troubleshooting guide and tried different router, micofilter,cables etc. FYI it started working at about 17:30 but stopped after 30mins, and hasn' t worked since.

Your connection has been fairly intermittent, with the larger outages that you mention obvious to see on the graph below:

How's the connection performing now? If it drops out again please let us know on here (I'm assuming you have another way to post on here when your connection is down) and I'll get someone on to the fault ticket.
