ADSL2+ Upgrade

hi,
My local exchange went live on adsl2+ today as checked on the BT ADSL line checker.
even though it says I will get 5mb+ I normally get dl speeds of 6mb+ on normal ADSL as it is. I am 362m from my exchange.
can someone please manually start the upgrade to my line please.
username is same here as account name.
