ADSL MAX is now ADSL MIN

I for one am fed up with ADSL MAX it should be ADSL MIN because that's what you get it's an absolute joke.
Most ISP's apart from the LLU are just BT clones reselling a BT product that is useless

My speed has gone from a healthy 6500kps to 3500kps!!!
the end user will always loose out because we have to pay the same fee weather we get 7mb or 512k
where is the incentive to offer the customer a better service.
BT 21CN is overhyped because if your line is too long then no ADSL2 for you in other words if you have less than 500kps now  then  you can't join the party
how can we expect a modern technology like High spped broadband to run on a infrastructure invented by Alexandra Graham Bell (two centuries ago)
Any ISP that can deliver broadband Via fiber will DEFINITELY get my attention.

ADSL is broadband provided on the cheap.
What do you expect?
Fibre could have been installed any time in the last 20 years or so - but it wasn't. Indeed the principle of using fibre to transmit light was known back in the nineteenth century.
