Hello All,
I used to have the Plusnet 2704n router until it stopped working recently. I spoke to Plusnet and they sent me the hub one router. Since I have had this router I have had issues. My Sonos (play one speaker) and my Steinel Cam (camera at the front door) are applications on my phone which are linked via my router. They worked immediately on my older router (2704n), but do not work on my new router (hub one). I spoke to the technical team and they weren't able to help and I have been to the advanced settings on my router, the firewall and configuration and disabled the firewall so it says "Allows all traffic to pass through the Firewall." This has made no difference though as I still can't connect to these applications properly. Can anyone give me any help or suggestions as to what I can do now?
