@PhilDunford From your description of the 'new' problem - maybe your username/password has not taken in the Hubs admin settings?

Thanks Lauren - that was the problem.
Now need to wait and see if the router has cured my original problem.

I'm glad that the line fault is now fixed and that you've got the new router and all seems to be fine so I'll check in with you after another couple of days to see how things are going.

Can't understand why, but the new router seems to have fixed the problem! Been stable for a couple of days now.
