£3 off. Yes I would like this please.

I applied for the £3.00 loyalty discount 25 days ago on 27th July (ticket number 29498543).
The automated response said that my request would be actioned within 14 days...........but my ticket is just sitting there 'Awaiting support team answer.'  I telephoned Customer Support 9 days ago to report this, but the ticket still remains unanswered.
Will someone check this out for me please?

Toby1 - we seem to be in the same (or a similar) boat.
My ticket about the same issue had been sitting there for ages.
A promise of £3 in the next 14 days appeared....
I would have been happy to receive it as a credit of next months payment - something which would have taken seconds to do,
but instead I have to await a refund.
