£3/ Month Discount approved but not being applied to D/ Debits

Ticket raised ID: 28032477
This needs to be refunded and the 12 month lock-in should end in January 2010. I see that "Meldrew" has reported this on TBB and has reported a very negative response to his CS Call.

I suspect that they're dealt with in a bulk script in the majoirty, but some will be dealt with by a CSC agent.
Unfortunately sometimes errors are made, for which I can only apologise.

I wasnt having a go, as it was sorted quickly, just wondered if there was an automated process going astray, that may have been overlooked...

I'm afraid that you can't actually see the scheduled discounts before they're actually processed in your invoice.

I have raised a ticket to get this corrected which will, hopefully, result in the correct action without further ado.
(Fortunately I'm wearing my rose tinted spectacles today).

I'm afraid that this offer isn't available to BBYW Option 1 customers.
However, Marketing tell me that they are looking at doing some special offer work for the Option 1 customers in the not too distant future, so please, watch this space.

I applied for and was granted the discount for signing up for another year (see Ticket 27984289 26th February).
I have received a quick response and promise that discount will appear on future invoices together with an apology from CSC (very good!)
Not - so far - a reply to my question about what happens with my current invoice.
Nothing is simple...

The offer has actually already been setup on your account. I can see a number of pending £3 discounts, which is as it should be.

The £3 offer isn't meant to be for Option 1 customers. It was aimed at customers on various other product. Whilst, I may have offered this is in the past and have now been duly slapped for doing so, BBYW1 customers were excluded from the offer.
