Hello
I seem To be Getting Under 1mbps I did a at tests at the BT Broadband tester
Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test: -provides background information.
Your DSL connection rate: 8128 kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP profile for your line is - 7150 kbps
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 869 kbps

I am using Ethernet cables On my modem router to the computer.
Router is directly Pluged into the Phone Socket
There is only one Phone socket
Using Plusnet pro
Switched From AOL

also what about a speed test here http://www.mybroadbandspeed.co.uk
the bt speedtester throughput is a poor measure pf throughput at the moment.

Ah ok there is your problem, your 1000 should match the 7150 on the BT speedtester.
Can you raise a ticket through the portal and then post the ticket id back here and one of the PN staffers might pick it up too.

I've just changed your profiled speed to 7150Kbps. If you try rebooting your router, you should notice a considerable improvement in your speed.
