You can answer that question yourself, just put your phone number in the DSL Checker.
It will also show if there any other faster services available to you.

If you post a screen image of the DSL Checker results (ensuring you remove your phone number) someone will explain the results.

The Which? tester is unadulterated rubbish. Use speedtest.net or thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.

Could we be looking at a browser or network-security-suite problem? Try disabling any 3rd-party AV/security tools and run the speed test in an "incognito" or "private browsing" window.

Hi @stathe
I have just had another look into this for you.
Your router is syncing at just above 2Mbps - which sits well in your estimated speed range on DSL Checker.

I also had a look at your connection to see if there were any dropouts which might be affecting your speed, however i can't see anything at all on this visual read out;
I'm afraid I must agree with my colleagues previously and state that the line is performing correctly and within estimates.
Whilst I have not provided much fresh information, I hope the visual stimulant in this message helps put things into perspective.
Thanks
