SNR Reset for my mum line

Hi and my mum line seem to be capped by DLM or banded profile. She remain sync at 9725K for months and she use to have 14000K before and why is she still on 9725 (with BT IP 8580K) is pretty poor for ADSL2+
Any chance to reset it and set snr target at 3dB ?
Please PM me for my mum username. Thanks.

Sorry an SNR reset will only reset it to 6db so no, not really. I'd really not be inclined to do anything unless any problems with slow downs or disconnections were evident as the profile is appropriate for the synch speed. It's worth bearing in mind that the line in question is banded so an SNR reset would remove the banding, the issue with that would be that the banding is there for a reason so if that were to happen the connection would be come much less stable.
Don't get me wrong I'm not saying we can't help I'm just stating that SNR resets aren't a cure-all and aren't always appropriate so do let me know if there are any known issues with disconnections or slow speeds.
