Really slow connection - Profile reset please?

Hi,
I think there must have been a glitch on my line as the modem recently re-synced at around 500 kbps and you have my line speed reported as 0.4. It's usually around 4.3 to 5. Anyway, I've re-synced the modem and its connected at 5.6 kbps and BT are showing the line profile at 4.7. Could you push through a profile reset to bump my speed back up please? Currently downloading at a very painful 0.2 Mbps. It's like being on dialup...

Apologies for the delay in getting a response to you, it looks as though the profile reset of its own accord late on Friday evening. Are you still seeing any issues or is everything OK now?

Keep an eye on this - one has to ask why your line synch'd so slowly in the first place.  If it happens again, please pick up the matter on THIS thread so that anyone seeking to help you sees there is a history.
