I've raised this internally, hopefully should get a response soon.
I would like to point out something though.. depending on what query ticket you have raised depends on the pool it goes into, thus dependent on the correct department taking a look at it.
The timescales given are merely an indication or estimate of the time expected to respond to a ticket, and are never hard and fast.
Please bear with them, and I'm sure someone will pick up my message fairly soon.

Hi Dennis,
Due to then nature of your account it requires some actions to be performed which we cannot bypass. These are there for good reasons.
To enable webmail access requires that the account is accessed via the dialup 0844 number. Once this is done, the webmail service is automatically enabled on the service shortly after.

Hi Phil
I only signed up to this PAYG account to access this forum (as recommended by James on the TBB site). As I can now access this forum I'm not really interested in the webmail side  so I'll leave it as I am unable to access it via dialup.
As I have managed to register on this site's forums, will I still be able to do so even if I don't access my account via the dialup number?
