Plusnet Assist

Raised a ticket to ask and completely forgot I could check here in the forums.
If you get hacking issues with Plusnet (including other Plusnet account holders doing that), would you get more in-depth help if you'd had Plusnet Assist installed instead of any other AV package? Or would conditions 18-21 in the T and Cs mean that you wouldn't help under any circumstances?

Plusnet Assist is NOT an anti virus package but Plusnet Protect is but neither would help in that case
If you are seeing hacking attempts from other IP addresses you would need to contact the ISP
