Re: Can't find the off option for interleaving

returned from being away a week. interleaving still on it appears.
i called tonight and the cs agent took quite a time on hold to go check and came back to say it was on auto. I knew it was on auto from the first interleaving request but the cs agent said that was the best that could be done. i pointed to this ticket and said that Matt had advised it could be turned off.
The agent then advised he would go away and check again and call me back that was at 4:15pm still awaiting any call back or confirmation my phone is in my pocket and has no missed calls logged.
Could someone who does KNOW please advised that I am correct that it can be turned off manually and that the order has once again been placed.
Could someone also please update the CS agent as it did appear he was uncertain of the interleaving options.

Re: Can't find the off option for interleaving

Hi there,
There's a couple of possibilities here. It might be a records related issue on our supplier systems, because one system is saying it's on Auto still but the ordering system seems to be showing it as off.
The other option is that the line's erroring (possible, because there's a couple of drops showing - though that depends if you've disconnected the router at all since your return) and as a result interleaving is being re-enabled almost as soon as it's been turned off.
Have you rebooted the router at all since your return? If not there've definitely been a couple of drops which would mean that turning interleaving off might not be the best idea anyway. We'll still investigate any issues of course.

Re: Can't find the off option for interleaving

Hi Matt,
it was off for 6 days coming back on on last Thursday while i was away. I believe I may also have turned it off again on Friday am when I left for day or two again. On Thursday I tried to reboot to see if interleaving would drop after a reboot which it did not hence the re-contacting about the removal.
I can't look again until Friday when i'll be able to see if it has completed. Since last Fridays request.
regards, podman

Re: Can't find the off option for interleaving

Hi Jojo,. Just got home and turned on the router, which has been off for a week.. Stats below look like interleave is still on ? if the router has been off for over a week then then there would have been no errors to make it turn back on. any ideas?

Re: Can't find the off option for interleaving

Still confused.
PN advise interleave is OFF.  CS agent advises interleave on router may not mean the same thing as interleaving on line. eh! I was told that it can be set within the router, which I know it cannot. Belkin Share uk F7D3402 v1
Contact with Belkin remote response regarding why router text may show type: interleave path, if interleaving is off were given replies of our routers do not show that type of info. When given a screen dump they said it can be interleave; fast or unknown?
Router has been turned off and reconnected. PN have interleaving as off router has it as on, pn say interleaving can be many things; belkin say the router doesn't mention it.
Can anyone else help?

Re: Can't find the off option for interleaving

Some of those pings seem excessive for interleaving off. I wonder if the variation indicates congestion in the exchange.
My interleaving is auto but (effectively) off at the moment and gives
