Broadband Not working

It says connected and the blue light is on the hub one but it doesn’t work. I don’t know if this is because the bill was payed late or what please help?

Thanks for the PM.

Can you factory reset your router by pushing a paperclip into the reset hole at the back for 20 seconds?

Done that Now the light is orange with orange brodanband light

Sorry it’s now blue Again and when you go to connect it says log in and brings you to the 192. Page thing and says log in but nothing to log in to

From what I can see your router is trying to connect using the wrong password.

Can you try the below steps?


1. Open an internet browser and type http://192.168.1.254 into the address bar
2. Press the 'Enter' or 'Return' key
3. Click on 'Advanced Settings'
4. Enter the admin password, which is on the back of the router
5. Click on 'OK'
6. Click on 'Continue to Advanced Settings'
7. Click on 'Broadband'
8. Click on 'Disconnect' if necessary
9. Enter your broadband username, which is in the format of yourusername@plusdsl.net
10. Enter your broadband password, which is your account password
11. Click on 'Connect'

Just done this and it just says ppp connecting and goes back th the enter broadband details again

Sorry I don’t think it’s the right password and I can’t chose another one right now
