My account was changed to Plusnet extra on the 27th of april, but i'm still on adsl speeds. Has my connection not been switched? Or am i expecting it to change too quickly?

Hi gdmr1 and welcome to the forum.
Firstly are you connected to an exchange that is enabled for ADSL2? you can check this on http://www.samknows.com under "Exchange Search"
If you are then you might want to raise a ticket to request the change as it might not happen automatically. I believe a change from ADSL to ADSL2+ should take about a week after the order has been placed with BT.
However saying that, I had an email from plusnet on the 15th March telling me that my exchange was 21cn enabled and that I would be upgraded
It didn't happen and on the 21st April I got the same email again. So I'm not holding my breath.

Quote We will upgrade you to our "up to 20Mbps" speeds.
We expect this to happen within the next 5 weeks.
