*21CN ONLY* Do you think your PN profile is not updating as it should?

I've also had some strange PN profiles ?
Its been up at 7.15mb for a few days ( even thought the line doesn't get that high of a sync) and for the last few days its seems stuck at 3.5mb. (nudge wouldn't go a miss

Is this because I'm on an ADSL 1 (992.1) setting on the 21cn network that these strange profiles keep appearing ?
If so maybe a switch to ADSL2+ (992.5) might be better?

That snr reset you did on dad`s account (on it now) worked jo,but not updating PN side so posting here
BT profile has me @ 9447 compared to PN`s 8.3.

Would going on a fixed line profile help with this ? (6db up/down INP(1) for example ?

(Had to re-sync due to the high 12db snr setting)

Now over 2 days since my sync increased to 4896kbps - IP profile increased to 4319kbps but Plusnet profile is still 4200kbps

Now been over 3 days and got sync at 20031K, BT IP 17672K and Plusnet still 16.5Mb

Thanks jojo but it funny as Plusnet profile still 16.5Mb even thought my speed is 17.5Mb right now

I have hesitated before adding to this thread due to my initial troubles/confusion with 21CN (see http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,99783.msg845163.html#msg845163) but, despite my failure to follow most of the good advice given then, since Christmas Eve my sync rate has increased in fits and starts from 7100 to currently 17629. The Plusnet profile has tried to keep up with this but always seems to be lagging behind - current situation as shown below. I did send a thank you letter to Father Christmas
