Charged out of contract price after renewing contract

I can see from other posts this happens frequently, and that paying a month in advance means the last month of your contract is billed at out of contract prices -- even if you renew in that last month.

Could someone confirm whether I will be refunded the difference in credit automatically, or do I have to phone up the help line?  If a Customer Service rep could just do this for me and email to confirm, that would be much appreciated! Cheers.

Re: Charged out of contract price after renewing contract

Fix

Hi @MrCats if the date of the contract renewed isn't the same as the billing date then this will rectify on the following month. The billing system doesn't realise you'll have agreed a new deal until it's gone live. This will be credited back on your following month automatically.
