Though I think many adults could benefit from learning this kind of thing too.

Is it?
With sex / financial / internet education that doesn't leave much time for things that I consider it more important. What about teaching the traditional things, reading and writing for a start, learning to think through things.
As with all these things there's a bandwagon let's jump on it.
I am more than capable of informing my children of how I expect them to behave and what is and isn't acceptable.
At this rate I might was well take them out of school and home tutor them.
