No progress on Question 234014191

Hi there,

Back in May I pointed out that you were overcharging me and action was promised, but the amount debited each month has remained the same. I did receive a refund (see Question 234014237) for 2 months overpayment, but then the direct debit went back to where it was before.

Please can you put this right? Permanently.
