Email from PlusNet - moving legacy Broadband customers onto new package

Hi,

Searched on the forums and I couldn’t find a topic on this so I’ve started a new one.

I’ve had an email from PlusNet (attached) to say they’re automatically moving all customers currently on legacy packages onto a new package. I’ve been on an old package for years, never felt the need to upgrade as it did what I needed. One question that springs to mind, that isn’t covered in the FAQ page that the email links to:

I have a .co.uk domain hosted with Plusnet, which I use for my website and emails. This dates back to when Plusnet had a data breach and they offered affected customers a free .co.uk domain as a way of dealing with the mountain of spam that was coming through as a result of their breach. Anyway, this domain is still working and I rely on it for my website and emails etc. I just want to be sure that will continue to be available after PlusNet automatically move me over to this new package. I’m aware that the new packages no longer offer domain hosting, so this is why alarm bells are ringing!

The FAQ page is here: https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/changes-to-our-packages
