Can't change product error message

For the past two months now, every time I log on to my Plusnet broadband account, I get an error message saying I cannot change my product because I have a product change in progress.  I have not requested a product change, but my contract did run out almost a month ago.  I would have expected to be able to change things now, but the error message is still present.  Please help.
