Cant download and view bill on mobile

I tried and failed to see my latest bill when offered - does it not work on a mobile? My monthly payment for just a landline (We have only WiFi broadband from a local supplier) has jumped from £34 to £50 and I can't find out why.

@B8K I am a bit confused. We don't do just landline. Are you still being charged for Broadband as well?
