wifi radio connection problem

I cannot connect my new Roberts wifi radio to the network and they say it is a problem with the Thomson TG585v8 router. Can anyone help please?

You might need to break it down into the steps you've tried and where you're coming unstuck. Presumably at some stage you have to search for what wifi networks are available - does your network appear in the list?
What model is it?
