my speed has slowed

hi there when i joined plus.net i was getting a good download connection around 19 mb and an ok speed of around  14mb  (on a web test) snr of 6 witch was a stable connection  but the last 2-3 weeks i have noticed that using the web as been slow.
looking on the router today mydownload connection is 14 mb and im getting about 9mb (on a web test) snr of 10
im running dratek 2820
down loading emails with a pfd file is now very painful
can any one help

Welcome to our community forums
I've placed a SNR reset on your line which will take effect in the next 4 hours, this should see your speeds back to what they were.
