This has been reported
I've done all the checks but still no good
Seems to be similar to a problem I had 6 Weeks ago that was fixed remotely, not by anything I did
Are there any tests and resets that can be out on my phone line?

Have you tried a known good phone only (without the filter & router) in to the test socket inside of the master socket? If that is crackly there's nothing more you can do except report it to whoever you pay for your phone service.

Hi Lovelythanks,
You will need to respond to Ticket: 83384157 on your account to inform our Faults team any updates for them regarding the checks they asked you to carry out. If required they will raise this to our suppliers and get an engineer out to you.
