Hello Im currently a plusnet member and have recently converted my parents to change to plusnet from bt, as I had to do, would it be possible to uncap the broadband. Regards Ianmars
Hi ianmars, The account linked to your Community Account is on 20CN (Up to 6Mb) - we can uncap your upstream but it would involve an extra monthly cost I'm afraid. You would need Max Premium: http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/products/prioritised-service-faq.shtml If 21CN (Up to 16Mb) becomes available at your exchange, which you can keep checking here: http://www.samknows.com/exchange_search we can get you moved onto it and get your upstream uncapped free of charge.
