Weymouth (Dorset) Exchange - possible as yet un-reported fault

I have multiple connections on the Weymouth STWEYMH exchange, all with issues over the last 2 days.
Is anybody else connected to this exchange able to report whether they are having issues as well please.
I have a 21CN line, 13.8 Mbps sync speed, 11Mpbs IP Profile,      2Mbps actual download speed
I have a ADSL Max line, 5 Mbps sync speed.
Both lines are dropping packets when trying to ping www.google.co.uk, as well as suffering ping spikes.
I've already bothered support and tried to get them to push BT for an answer, but if PN staff read this and want usernames please PM.
