Webspace files dissapeared/Can't upload

Hi, Afer waking up this morning and attempting to upload something, for some reason, all of the files I had held on my webspace have dissapeared. I've tried uploading stuff aswell and im getting 'permission denied'. This is the first time this has ever happened.
Does anyone know what it could be?

Looking at your account it appears the site has been archived this morning, you should have received an email about this and will also be able to see the closed question on your account from your member centre.
To have your site restored you need to have a look at this link

I did not get an email about this.
So aswell as getting ripped off, I also get my files deleted without warning, Great.

As per the link I provided the files have been archived and can be recovered.
