Unable to send mail

I seem unable to send mail in O.E this morning
The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was '>'. Subject 'Fw: Stair gates', Account: 'mail.plus.net', Server: 'relay.plus.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '501 <>>: missing or malformed local part', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 501, Error Number: 0x800CCC79
I will try somewhere else

The PN mail servers don't support SSL. Disable SSL, and you should be OK again. (You can use authentication if you choose/require, but authentication is quite different from SSL)

It looks like you are trying to use an incorrect mail address, check the recipient list and then check the address you are sending from.

Done nothing and it seems O.K now ,but had a look at my Webmail and some mails I want are marked as spam so how can I stop that?? Thank you
