Thomson router/access point channel conflict for WIFI printer

I have an Epsom WP-4535 connected to my laptop via WIFI through Plusnet Thomson router. Printing works, scanning doesn't. Printer says network working correctly but "A router/access point channel conflict has been detected. Anyone know how I can fix this please?

Hi simonlabrow,
It may be worth either setting your wireless encryption to WPA instead of WPA2 and/or your interface type to 802.11b/g rather than b/g/n

Re: Thomson router/access point channel conflict for WIFI printer

Hi simonlabrow,
1.Type 192.168.1.254 into a browser address bar
2. If prompted enter username: admin
Password: CP********* (found under a bar code on the underside of your router)
3. from the left menu select 'Home Network'
4. In the center, left click 'WLAN PlusnetWireless'. This will take you to a page entitled Wireless Access Point.
5. At the top right of the page click on 'Configure'
6. Near the bottom of this page you will see WPA-PSK version. Use the drop down arrow to select WPA - at the top of the page you will also see 'interface type'. This can be changed in the same way.
7. Once you've made your changes click apply.
Hope that helps.
