As of the last week/ fortnight i have been going from 20 ping.. to 150 ping every 4-5 seconds.. and when im trying to play online games its practically impossible. I Know my area is in the rollout plans for fibre optic due to hit january-july next year. HOWEVER there is no works on my Area and i am constantly lagging in games and stuff is absolotely impossible to do online... i would like my line COMPLETELY Reset... including recapping of my upload speed, TAKE OFF MAX PREMIUM and do a FULL SNR reset on my line please. Constantly lagging is not my idea of good internet, thanks in advance.

I've just been in touch with our suppliers to have Max Premium removed from your line.
