Speed Dropped to 117/kbps

Have been away for a couple days and returned this eve - try to catch-up on various Forums but the line speed is so slow  that I have severe problems trying to access these boards - BT speed test results below

Have rebooted PC and Router
Any known problems at PN ?

My line dropped out this morning and was off till 10pm ish.  Back on now tho but altho im syncing at over 8mb my speeds are 400k!  Something is amiss anyhow but im off to Sky monday so i hope im out of it heh.
