some sites such as the beeb are fine. On others(including plusnet) there is a delay of 5-10 secs sometimes before the page starts to load. My speedtest is good so what might the problem be?
It sounds like it could be a local issue, have you tried checking your firewall and antivirus settings or perhaps disabled those temporarily to see if that has any bearing on the issue?
