In my member section it says £19.99, but when i got to change products it tells me i should be paying £11.99

Unlimited isn't sold any more. Do you mean Premium?
The price depends upon whether you are on a Market 3 exchange. It is £11.99 for the first three months and then rises to £19.99 if you are not on a Market 3 exchange.
