Packet drop graphs

On the graphs here http://www.plus.net/support/network_performance/broadband_packets_drop.shtml
why is gateway thn-ag2.  missing, I'm on that gateway at the moment and getting poor speeds on my Pro account

it was the tiscali llu box and then the adsl2+ 21cn trail box and once the llu guys was switched back to BTw there was very little info on it as there arnt that many drops on 21cn (well there wasnt the last time i had a peak at the graph when a staffer posted it to prove a point)
wonder if PN will like to inform us when the graph will be making a come back?

We were going to look at the portal graphing across the board once we've finished the data centre migration we're currently in the middle of (currently looking to be some time in December).

We've raised a problem on the graphs that aren't working on that page too.
