Not the best introduction to PN

Finally persuaded my friend to migrate from Tiscali!    Browsing is fine, but it transpires that although she receives emails from me, everyone outside PN gets a 451 Failure Notice, or it just disappears into the ether.
CSC did some tests yesterday and confirmed the problem - advised that the account would have to be 're-built' - and it might take until after the weekend ie Tuesday, as Monday is a BH.
There appeared to be no cognisance of the fact that this isn't a fault that has developed - it was wrong from Day 1. Not a good start for my first referral.

Hi there,
I've just escalated the ticket to our Net-Ops team and asked them to take a quick look.
By my reckoning the problem has surfaced after the customer (or somebody on their behalf?) has disabled anti-spam filtering.
When this happens the MX records are swung round to the mx.cores/mx.lasts instead of our anti-spam appliances:

However these servers are refusing email for the customer's domain:

  Er, well, it was OK during the latter part of Friday, but from Saturday till now, her only emails are from me. Anyone outside PN is getting a '451' failure notice -

Understandably, my referral is somewhat annoyed and frustrated that she still, since migrating, cannot receive emails from anyone outside PN.
It was reported last Thursday afternoon 27th, and the last update on Ticket  ID: 29825337 was on Friday at 2:48pm.
I'd like to be able to report at least some progress soon.
