When we had Fibre installed, we were in middle of building works with power being dropped constantly. Can the consistency checks be reset to ensure we are getting optimum speed?

Unfortunately with fibre the profile cannot be reset without an engineer visit.
What speeds are you getting and what is your estimate from here?

Estimated
Our test also indicates that your line currently supports a fibre technology with an estimated WBC FTTC Broadband where consumers have received downstream line speed of 29.6Mbps and upstream line speed of 5.6Mbps.

Hi there,
Your speeds have certainly dropped looking at your results, I'd suggest raising a fault at http://faults.plus.net and completing the initial diagnostic questions and see if there is an improvement.
If it's still the same then this process will raise the fault formally to us and we'll investigate the issue.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Chris
