My e-mails are bouncing

My e-mails are bouncing, and I  get the following message when sending e-mails
The following message to <***********.co.uk> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'Callback setup failed while verifying <***********.co.uk>\nCalled:   194.154.164.151\nSent:     MAIL FROM:<>\nResponse: 550-ATLAS(2503): 83.223.107.110 is blacklisted and not authenticated. Please\n550-request delisting via the following link:\n550 Blacklisted by Webfusion for high spam volumes.\nThe initial connection, or a HELO or MAIL FROM:<> command was\nrejected. Refusing MAIL FROM:<> does not help fight spam, disregards\nRFC requirements, and stops you from receiving standard bounce\nmessages. This host does not accept mail from domains whose servers\nrefuse bounces.\nSender verify failed'
I have tried changing the spam settings on my domain, but do not get any improvement
any ideas ?

Don't know what you mean,  I am using Outlook express

In Outlook Express what do you have for the outgoing mail server as it sounds as though you are not using the Plusnet one.
Have a check here http://www.plus.net/support/email/setup/outlook_express.shtml
