Max Premium

I requested max premium to be added to my account on sunday by raising a ticket (27081969) however nobody has touched it still.
When i called up yesterday to check customer services had no idea what it was and just said 'youve already got adsl max'. I tried explaining to her that it was the faster upload speed but she didnt seem convinced.
another support agent just said it was in the right queue but nothing has happened with the ticket.

has anyone else had any problems? how long did it take you to get activated?

Hiya,
These tickets generally get actioned in bulk once a week.  So I wouldn't worry too much, but I'll ask Dave when these normally get done.

Yep,
It's an additional fixed cost per month (£8?) to increase your upstream from 448k to 832k.

btw, do i have to restart my router for it to kick in or will it automatically drop the connection?

Sounds good , i'll maybe take that up once my fault ticket is complete , nothing like a little extra upload speed , i can't see this as am option on the main site anywhere and when i ordered PN a month ago .
Will the package i'm on i.e PRO stay the same or will it change to "Max Premium" ..

Hmm, I would have thought it would resync you automatically, but it never hurts to do a single reboot

The package will still be Pro but you have to be on Max to be able to get Premium. I was on 2Mbs fixed line when I made the jump to Max Premium.
