IP profile one more time

I had some problem with my line as it was noisy so BT came out and re wired my line back to the exchange for the 3rd time.
My normal ip profile is 3500-4000 and I normally connect at 4992 as a result of the faulty line my ip profile yesterday was 3000 at 11 pm. Today at 2 pm the profile was 2500. tonight at 10:30 its 4000.
It seems to have a mind of its own the only thing I was wondering was at 2:30 I did a bt speedtest which showed me connected at 4760.
Does the bt speed test reset the profile as if it had dropped to 2500 it should we are told take 3 days to get it back on track?
Since they messed with it I have been loosing sync which never happened before how many time does it take for you to loose sink before it drops your profile?

Re: IP profile one more time

I'm getting the feeling that I'm looking at the wrong account here given that the one I was looking at was a fixed 1Mbps one!
Can you let me know a ticket number on your account and I'll have a look?

Re: IP profile one more time

Sorry, that's a service notice which I can't search by.
If you just pm me your username, that'll be perfectly ample.
