I switched to residential premium but I'm still on business option 2

I have business option 2 broadband, but arranged with the support team to switch it to residential premium on the next billing date, November 20th.
I have just checked my account after being told I would be switched onto the Premium residential package during the early hours of this morning when the old billing date went through.
I am still being listed on Business Option 2 with a 50 GB limit.
Should it not have switched over already?
I'm guessing there has been some problem.
Also, I just received an automatic email requesting the 29.90 for the monthly business option 2 bill for this new month I believe.
Could someone at plusnet please sort this out for me.

Looks like the support team have scheduled the change for your next billing date.
I can sort this now for you if you wish, though it may involve a change of billing date (this is why we schedule it ordinarily).
