Fault raised on Oct18th not yet resolved

I raised ticket number 47840656 over 3 weeks ago, and Im a little dissapointed that its not been resolved yet. I know things take time, and there have been delays that may be outside your control. It just seems to me that I have to wait >1 day each time to get a response through your ticket system.
I know your busy, but there is a boast somewhere about resolving faults within 7 days.
Can someone look into it?

Is this the same one as here that we can't progress because of an open phone fault with your provider?
