Yeah apparently it was just a fluke. Tried everything people have mentioned so far. Any more ideas? Is there a guide any where detailing how to use own router? Although not sure if that would help
Assuming your own router is not locked to a previous supplier, all the information you need to connect to Plusnet is given on the Broadband Connection Settings page. Setting up wireless is router dependent.
