Yep, lots of emails coming through - 'This is to confirm your order is progressing fine. It is due for completion on: April 29th' It's amazing what you can do if you just ask the right questions!!
A quick update, my router's now syncing at 19188Kb/s downstream, 1083Kb/s upstream. Speeds on the PN tester are still the same but I understand I'll need to wait a few days for everything to play catchup.
