ADSL to ADSL2

I was upgraded to ADSL2 on the 17th (so 14 days ago) and i havent seen any real speed increase.
Is this normal should i be getting more?
My router stats are
ADSL

Hi,
I've tested your line (this may have caused a brief disconnection so apologies) and there is an difference in the multiple IP profiles BTW use on your line.
I've raised a fault for you which should correct the issue fairly promptly (24-72 hours).
