Give them a ring. I think you have 14 days to cancel.

It's 14 days from when you go live I think. But if it's after 14 days I think you have to pay either the remaining contract, or £40 (the price of the router I believe).

Thats ok then. As i say The guy hasnt even been out yet to install my phone line let alone waiting the 7 days for teh broadband to be activated.

Can anyone confirm what would happen here
I signed up at 1:30pm on the 17th september for the phone line install... then the broadband. No one is due to come to my house for another 2 weeks to install the actual phone line in the first place.
